When do I upload my artwork?

You can upload your artwork after placing your order. We will always check your files before printing and contact you if anything needs attention.

What makes this banner environmentally friendly?

Our Recycled Fibre Banners are made from recycled plastic bottles and printed using eco-friendly, water-based solvent-free inks. This significantly reduces environmental impact compared to traditional banners. Not only can they be easily recycled after use, but they also take waste plastic out of the system.

How is this better than a standard PVC roller banner?

Old fashioned PVC roller banners are difficult to recycle and usually end up in landfill. All our banners use alternative, recyclable materials and sustainable printing processes, making them a more responsible choice for environmentally conscious organisations.

What materials are used in the banner and stand?

The banner graphic is printed on a PVC-free rpet (recycled polyester). The stand uses a durable aluminium cassette designed for long-term reuse, helping to minimise waste over the product's lifetime. There are a small number of ABS plastic elements which are also recyclable.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices shown exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout in line where applicable.

When will my order arrive?

Our standard turnaround is five working days. If you need your order sooner select express turnaround above (just under the product name).

What if my artwork isn't print-ready?

All artwork is checked before printing. If there is a problem, we will let you know before anything is produced.

Does my artwork need bleed?

Please ensure you leave 100mm bleed at the bottom of your artwork. Incorrectly submitted artwork may lead to delays in production If you need help artworking your design, please check out our product templates, or get in touch to access our design service. We have expert graphic designers on hand to help out.

Can I speak to someone before ordering?

Yes. If you have a question about artwork, sizing, or delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Do you recycle used banners?

Yes. As part of our commitment to eco-friendliness, we offer a recycling service. If you send us back your used banner, we will recycle the product for you free of charge. As an added incentive, you'll receive £15 off your next banner. Simply return the cassette to us, and we'll take care of the rest.
